What this service is

Lead2Sales is software that helps a business find potential customers and send them relevant email. There are two groups of people whose data we handle: our customers (the businesses that use the app) and the people our customers contact.

Customer data

When you create an account we store your name, email address and a salted password hash. Anything you add to your workspace (product notes, settings, prospects, drafts, conversations) is stored so the app can work. API keys and mailbox passwords are encrypted at rest. We do not sell customer data or use it to train models.

Data about prospects

The agent reads public business websites and public map data to learn what a business does and how to reach it. It records business names, public contact details, the name and job title of owners where the business publishes them, and signals observed on the site. Each customer is the controller of the outreach they run and is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people they email.

Opting out

Every cold email includes an opt-out line and a one-click unsubscribe link. Opted-out addresses are suppressed permanently for that customer. If you want your details removed from any workspace, reply to the email you received or contact us at the address below and we will help.

The free website audit

When you run the audit we fetch the public pages of the website you enter, show you the result and store it with a hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention. If you add an email address we store it with the audit.

AI processing

Text from public websites and conversations may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write drafts and classify replies, using the key your workspace provides or a platform key. Cookies are limited to a single sign-in session cookie. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
